Alara Sage (00:01.13)
Hello, hello, and welcome to another episode of the Ecstatic Woman podcast, where we activate and inspire women in their power, in their authenticity, in their radiance, in their aliveness, in their bliss. I'm your host, Laura Sage. I'm a womb shaman and an activator and facilitator of Shakti, the primordial femme energy. My loves, you know, I'm sure you have this sense, this feeling,

There's a purpose for you here on this planet. Maybe you are pursuing that purpose, and maybe you feel like you're not quite there yet. This is something that we all work towards, we all deal with. And really, we seek to align ourselves to that purpose. Today, we have a guest that we're going to talk about. We're going to dive into this conversation a little bit with her.

Alara Sage (00:59.75)
74 keys to findings to raise your energy, sidestep your self-doubt, and align with your life's work. JJ believes that every woman has a unique frequency of her highest potential. And she wrote the book to help to empower women to raise their vibration and seek, find, and align themselves to their life's.

JJ DiGeronimo (01:06.08)
Thanks for watching!

Alara Sage (01:28.282)
JJ, thank you so much for joining us here today.

JJ DiGeronimo (01:31.618)
I could not be happier than to be here right now talking about some of these things.

Alara Sage (01:38.478)
Let's talk a little bit about when you say you think that every or you believe every woman has a unique frequency of her highest potential. What does that mean to you?

JJ DiGeronimo (01:49.265)
Well, I agree with you. I think we all came down with a purpose, a goal, life's work in mind. And many of us are working to figure out what that is. And I'm no different. I had to do the same thing. And I had to really shift where my focus was, where my energy was sitting, and what I was aligning to each day.

Alara Sage (02:11.381)
And what did that look like before? Why did you feel like it wasn't perhaps your life's work and what was that shift for you?

JJ DiGeronimo (02:20.485)
Well, I agree. I believe everything is our life's work in the sense that we are getting to where we're supposed to be. And oftentimes we need many lessons. We need to cultivate certain relationships. And sometimes we have to do our own work. And so I think everything that we've done up to this point is perfectly orchestrated for where we're going. Much of our life's work doesn't happen until we're well into our lives, but we can often

thread through many of our experiences that have brought us to that point.

Alara Sage (02:55.894)
I could definitely speak to that. I feel like every time I look back on my life, I can see all of the things that have led me to this point as well as have really enriched who I am now. Right? And I know when you and I were first connecting, you were talking about a property and I want to kind of use the story of the property to kind of help to inspire women in their process of seeking. You found a property that you really feel like.

could be destined to be in your life. Do you wanna tell us about that?

JJ DiGeronimo (03:32.045)
Oh my goodness. Well, yes, definitely. This property that has come into my sphere is indirect, but has the energy of a healing center. And back in 1947, Edgar Cayce mentioned a global healing center on the Great Lakes. And I believe the property that has come into my sphere is that healing center.

Alara Sage (03:56.558)
So it sits on the great legs.

JJ DiGeronimo (03:59.452)
It does, like URI.

Alara Sage (04:02.506)
What is your connection to the property?

JJ DiGeronimo (04:07.026)
Well, I believe I've been preparing for this property my whole life. You know, way back when I was just a child, you know, I came from minimal upbringing and my parents took us to the beach in the summer because it was free, right? And I spent a lot of days on Lake Erie in Buffalo and little did I know that would be the inroad to why I spent.

time on the lake later in life. I ended up marrying somebody from Ohio even though I lived in Atlanta, Georgia. I moved up to Ohio and when we started having children I said let's take them to the lake and his first response was we don't go to the lake and I was like well why do you live here if you don't go to the lake like why do you live here?

Because it's kind of, you know, it's a hard place to live. It's cold, you know, eight months a year. So eventually, you know, through much discussion and my determination, you know, I packed the car to go to the lake. And, you know, as I'm pulling out of the driveway, he's like got his bag like running out the door, like, I'll join you. And that was way back in 2008. Little did I know that, you know, going to the lake as a child and forcing my husband to go to the lake, you know, in 2008, that in 2019,

incredible house. But you know there were definitely steps along the way and that I can go into in great detail but basically I got a whisper in 2008 to bring women together which fostered you know a 10,000 person community on LinkedIn today and in 2016 I got another whisper to bring women together outside which I sat on for two years because of my self-doubt and I eventually held my first retreat in 2018

with the help of some energy practitioners that nudged me along. Little did I know when I hosted that first retreat in 2018 that I would have one, wrapped up my 14th retreat this fall, but also that I would have cultivated this new space to gather.

Alara Sage (06:10.694)
I feel like there's something really delicious there for you with the lake. And what I'm trying to do here with this conversation is start to piece together, right? We're talking about how multiple things in our life lead us to our life's work, right? So this lake has been a really predominant aspect of your life. Do you remember how you felt when you were near the lake as a child?

JJ DiGeronimo (06:37.169)
You know, there wasn't a lot of laughter and fun in our house, so I feel like the lake for us brought a lot of joy, just freedom, joy, and just an escape in a lot of ways from our house, which was fine. We had a great house, but I just, it didn't have a lot of fun, and I feel like the lake just brought so much peace and just enjoyment.

Alara Sage (07:00.118)
Yeah, because then it reappears later in your life. And it really feels like this, it continues to cross over for your life's work. And I feel like this often happens for us. It might not be a lake, it might be a thread through our life. For me, it's been a lot about teaching. I used to be a scuba diving instructor, which is very different than what I teach now, but the thread of teaching, of guiding other people.

has been there for a very long time of my life. And I feel that there's these little breadcrumb trails and these threads of experience that continue to weave themselves back through our life. Do you feel like, let's first off, let's talk about the vibration of when you think of this property and you think of the lake and everything and feel, perhaps is the better word,

there? What comes to mind?

JJ DiGeronimo (08:01.437)
Hmm. That's a beautiful question. Well, anytime I bring people together outside, and it's mostly women in business, there is a sense of like letting go a sense of connecting to Mother Nature, a sense of remembering what's available to us if we just walk outside our doors. So I think from the first retreat to where I am now, it's reminding, in my case,

people that attend, women, that you are part of something bigger and oftentimes we forget because we spend so much time in our to-do list and we spend so much time outside of our body, stretching, reaching, driving, delivering.

Alara Sage (08:48.654)
So are you finding that women connect to their bodies more, they're connecting more into the moment, they're feeling that connection in and of themselves and then to each other as well?

JJ DiGeronimo (09:01.037)
All of those, all of those. And I feel like some women also have a remembering, which I think is the most magical. When they remember something, a vision, an idea, a whisper, maybe even a past life, I think many come to step out of their busy, and some are lucky enough to remember.

Alara Sage (09:26.338)
That's beautiful. And so for you, you have this property that isn't your property, correct?

JJ DiGeronimo (09:33.757)
That's correct.

Alara Sage (09:35.638)
And yet you feel like there's an alignment there vibrationally. So talk to the audience about how do you personally go about holding a vision of the potential of this property and you working with this property and not owning that property, right? The vision versus what is currently here in the physical reality.

JJ DiGeronimo (10:04.853)
Yes, yes. Well, this is something I've had to work many hours, many years on, you know, I'm a very, I would say up to a certain couple years ago, it's pretty linear. And, you know, I had a lot of money stories I had to work through, I really had a direct line that everything I made was mine. And when I moved over to the work that I'm doing now, which is really empowering women and balancing the masculine and feminine energy through my work, is that things

are given to us indirectly. And I think for many of us, that's hard to wrap our mind around, especially people like myself that, you know, I've had to kind of work every step of the way to get to where I am, that I didn't really understand that there is a whole universal energy that's delivering things that are not explainable and sometimes not as direct as we want them to be. And so through my money training, my money dissection, my money...

findings and learnings about the frequencies of money that we give it and that we align with, I have learned that the universe delivers things to us in ways that don't make sense and that we shouldn't necessarily worry about the how. Like when I got the first message walking off of a stage in Seattle saying bring the women together that continued to come to me in different ways, you know,

I was thinking I had to know every step of the way. And I think for many of us, we don't move forward or lean in because we don't know what to do. And that's totally natural. It's impossible to know what to do for something you've never done before. But I've leveraged lightworkers, energy practitioners, healers to help me work through just leaning into what is calling me without worrying about how it is going to manifest. And I think this house for me is not

a gift, but it's a validation that our work goes beyond what we can physically see and mentally document.

Alara Sage (12:06.03)
I love that validation. Yeah, it's so beautiful because, particularly when it's a big vision, I would say, which we all have. And I want to remind the audience that you most likely have a big vision. And sometimes the vision feels so big and so grand and so perhaps what you're saying indirect that it's like there's this massive gap of space between where we are now

that vision. And it can be a deterrent for many people, right? Just that in and of itself can make us think, well, I don't know how I would ever make that happen. So just forget about it. But it's so important that we, as women and as humans, answer that calling, answer the whisper, as you so beautifully put, right? And start to take action towards a vision, even when we don't have.

all of the answers, particularly the hows, right? And so what advice would you give women who maybe have this vision and think it feels very far away and they don't know how to get there? What advice would you give them to start to narrow that gap?

JJ DiGeronimo (13:26.913)
Well, I think for many of us, first of all, our vision may or may not align with what happens, that's for sure. I never had a vision that I would have this massive, you know, energy, source energy power coming out of the land in these pyramids that is 40,000 square feet and 60 acres of water. So I feel like a vision is great to have, but you may be underestimating what is possible. So I think for many of us, really leaning into what is calling us now.

And when I got the message to host an event outside, I sat with it for two years because I didn't really know what to do. I had never been to a retreat. It wasn't like I was aspiring to be like somebody. I had no idea what I would put together. When I ended up talking to one of my spiritual guides, Dora, she said, JJ, what are you waiting for? And I'm like, I just don't know what to do, Dora. I don't know how to build a retreat. I don't even know what to charge. I don't even...

She said, JJ, build what you want to go to. Build what you want to go to. And within four weeks of the time that I talked to her, which was essentially two years later from getting the initial whisper, I put up the retreat. And I didn't know what to charge. I didn't really have an idea of how it would go or who would sign up, but I knew what I wanted to go to. That was easy. I wanted to have...

organic food. I wanted to bring my tapping practitioner. I wanted to bring my dearest friend who is 70 that is a medical intuitive. I wanted to bring somebody that could help women create oils. I knew what I wanted to create for myself. I think that's just such a great place to start because generally what you like or what you're yearning to create, do or be is often aligned with many other's frequencies too. I think for many of us, if

I could be your Dora right now. I would ask you, what do you want to lean into? What excites you about your vision and what could you do right now? And I would also share that, you know, my self-doubt was with me every step of the way from hitting publish on my website when I put the invite up.

JJ DiGeronimo (15:37.573)
with setting up my PayPal of how much it was gonna cost and even when the women were walking in the door for the retreat, my first retreat had 12 women and when they were walking in the door, I was beating the crap out of myself. I was saying, what are you doing? They're not gonna like this. They're gonna think they pay too much. They're not gonna like the women. They're not gonna feel uncomfortable. I mean, all this self-talk was happening every step of the way, but I really had to just say, you know what, I got this.

Let me see what I can do as Jen Sincero says, and you're a badass. Like let me see what I can do. Because I think so many of us put so much pressure on ourselves to be perfect, so much pressure on ourselves to have it all figured out for things we've never done before, that we keep ourselves in a holding pattern.

Alara Sage (16:24.05)
Yeah, and we're definitely our worst critics, you know, most of the time, it's nothing like the lens that we're seeing it through the not enough for the inadequacy. And, you know, that's the pressure we're putting on ourselves. It's always part of our process. You know, that goes in alignment with your book. And so do you have one of your key findings that you can share with the audience from the book?

JJ DiGeronimo (16:47.137)
Oh my goodness, 74 of them, which came out at the end of the book. You know, I kept highlighting things that I was like, oh, that's good. Oh, that's good. Because I channeled the book just like I do all the other work. I really work with my guides to help me guide me through the next step of what I'm supposed to be doing. And all of us have access to sort of the other side helping us. They're just waiting for us to ask for help. And I think if you're sitting there going, what should I do? Creating a short list for yourself of what can you do this week, this month?

And it could be researching, it could be reaching out to somebody, it could be just securing a location or even signing up for that certification. And I think that's what this book does is it helps you get going because we have too many people, humans, sitting with their sole contracts on the side of the pool thinking, oh, I don't think I'm ready to jump in just yet, but I encourage you to jump in. I encourage you to jump in.

And key finding number 50, I use these as Oracle cards in this book and just flip it open, but key finding 50 is your relationships provide insight into where you are on your journey.

JJ DiGeronimo (17:58.845)
which doesn't exactly align, right, to the conversation, but we must need to talk about the people around you.

Alara Sage (18:04.854)
No, absolutely. It definitely aligns with the conversation. So what do you mean by that? Can you explain a little bit to the audience?

JJ DiGeronimo (18:13.493)
Yes, so when I was talking about earlier in life, when I was in the wrong job, with the wrong group of people, really working on things that weren't aligning with my highest self, I was kind of swimming in a mud puddle. And I realized that I was not alone. The people I spent my time with, the people I had conversations with on a regular basis, were also in the mud puddle. And I feel like for many of us, we can take a look around.

and look at the people we spend most of our time with and see where our energy is at.

Alara Sage (18:46.346)
What do you mean where your energy is at by the reflection of where they're at? Is that what you mean?

JJ DiGeronimo (18:51.125)
Yes, in a lot of ways. We pulled what we are. And for many of us, we may say, like I did, gosh, I'm positive, I'm positive. But I'd be the first one to be like, oh my gosh, that person took my...

Parking spot, can you believe the line's so long at the bank? I can't believe I got kicked into the last seat of my airline. Like, even though I thought I was positive, I was ripping apart things every minute of my day, including myself. And I had to take a real long, hard look at myself and where my energy was when nobody was watching. And I spent years really working on raising my energy and truly having a gratitude practice and eventually a mindfulness practice.

which go hand in hand if you want to really connect with a higher alignment and more insight from your angels and guides. And I think for many of us, when we look around at who we spend most of our time with and watch how they engage through life, we may find glimpses of how we engage. And if it's not working for you or you don't feel like you have the energy you need to leap in the direction you desire, you often have to shift your frequency.

Alara Sage (20:03.818)
Yeah, and I actually think that talking about the people that we surround ourselves with is really important in the context of our life's work, our purpose, a vision. Because for one, our environment deeply impacts us. And so if we're surrounding ourselves with people who have no ambition to carry forth their own purpose.

to maybe are negative or just want to stay where they are, there's not a lot of support and power. Because there's so much power we can really draw from each other in a collective. So if you think about a group of women, and if all of those women are really like, yes, let's do this. Let's follow our life's work. Let's follow what lights us up.

then they're all lifting each other up together in that frequency. And it's really, really powerful because we need other people. I'm an extremely independent person. My partner will validate that to the end of the day. However, I've learned that no matter how independent you are, we need the people around us supporting us, whether that's just their energetic support, that they believe in us.

or whether it is some other support, they're actually assisting us in some way, it doesn't really matter. But we are people, we're social beings no matter what. And we really need the people around us to support us in some context. So I think it's a really powerful part of the process of alignment is to ask yourself, what is the reflection of the people around you?

Do they feel like people that inspire you and activate you? And do you inspire them and activate them? I heard one woman speak about when she really shifted her process through manifestation, she really asked herself, are these people really showing up for themselves? And she just removed everybody out of her life who that was a no answer for. And I'm not saying that that's what the audience needs to do.

Alara Sage (22:21.686)
but it is really important who we surround ourselves with.

JJ DiGeronimo (22:27.041)
Yes, because it's a huge reflection of where you are on your journey as stated in the key finding. But also, you know, people bring us our biggest lessons. So if you don't know why you're around somebody, especially someone intimately or people that are very close to you, often asking yourself, what's the lesson I'm supposed to learn from this person?

Alara Sage (22:47.894)
Yes, absolutely. That's, I always say, like our greatest lessons are in our intimate relationships specifically. So so powerful reflections. And there's always lessons for us to learn. And we also get to choose who we have in our life, you know, in our reality. So when you shifted, because you were talking about initially, shifting your energy, shifting your vibration, did you find that you shifted people in your life? Or was there any particular?

experiences that stand out for you with regards to that.

JJ DiGeronimo (23:20.989)
Oh, definitely, definitely. There were really three areas I had to shift. So the first I had to shift was what I said to myself. And for me, mindfulness training was what really helped me understand the conveyor belt of thoughts that I had on a regular basis and gave me the space and opportunity to decide what I wanted to pull off that conveyor belt to hold on to. Because as I stated, you know, when the retreat was starting, I was.

saying so many negative things to myself that I have later learned that I can just really just let pass by. Do not have to hang on to any one of those. I can have doubts and I do obviously have doubts in everything that I do, but I don't let them drain me like they used to. So really paying attention to how you talk to yourself and even talk about others, even if you don't say it out loud. Like what is happening in your head on a regular basis? The number two is what are you paying attention to?

What are you watching? What are you reading? What are you listening to? Is that have a high frequency vibration or is it in the gutter? I really had to when I was writing this third book, I reached out to my dear friends and I said, listen, I'm going to be channeling this book. It's really important that I stay at the highest frequency. So if we talk on the phone or we get together, I really just need to stay at a really high frequency. I can't be talking about.

just things that are just not that positive. And I'm okay with you not calling me anymore while I'm writing this book, or if we do, we can have a few minutes, five to 10 minutes, talk about whatever, but then really get back to the high frequency. And it was amazing how many people were so awesome and been like, yeah, we get it. Do what you need to do. You know, and when they called, they just stayed on the high line, high lane.

And it was really awesome. And a lot of them, we've never even gone back to the low frequency conversation. So that's great. And then the third thing is really paying attention to like where and who are you spending your time with. And I think for many of us, we fill our time sometimes when we're bored or don't know where we are on our journey. And I would really encourage you to think about is you're kind of starting.

JJ DiGeronimo (25:23.741)
this new endeavor, like where can I align? What activities can I get involved in? What meetups can I go to online or in person that will help facilitate my next door opening? And I think for me, it really is those three things. What's happening on the inside, what am I paying attention to, and who am I engaging with? Because those are the ways that I really help raise or lower my frequency very quickly.

Alara Sage (25:50.558)
Yeah, absolutely what we listen to, what we are engaged with. And also, where our focus goes, our energy flows. And do we want our energy flowing into perhaps events and circumstances and things outside of us that we have no control over? Or do we want to pour our energy into something like you did, like a book, or something that we're creating?

as well as where are we receiving that energy, right? So both what we're pouring our energy into, where we're placing our energy, and also the energy that we're receiving through our eyes, through our ears, through all of our senses, which is so important. And being really tuned in to how different experiences make you feel is so valuable.

to understanding how something influences you and affects you, and making those choices of, OK, I'm going to leave this out for now, or I'm not going to do that anymore because I don't feel good when I do it, and this makes me feel really good. This raises my vibration. I'm going to do that more frequently. Yeah, absolutely. And so is there anything particular that you're doing with regards to this property, right? Because again, there's this feeling.

that it's this property and it's so beautiful. We talked about it and it's just a very tremendous vibration that it holds. Is there anything particular that you felt led or felt aligned to take an action on to continue to align yourself to that property?

JJ DiGeronimo (27:24.545)
That's a great question. So at first, honestly at first, when the investors bought the property, I didn't think much about it, but I had shown a couple of my energy friends and they had given me comments and little by little it kept calling me there. Like I kept getting, oh, come and do this or check this out. And then I'd be on the property. And one day I'm like, yeah, maybe I could have a retreat here. It didn't even dawn on me when I first got it that I would possibly have retreats there because I have a small.

1500 square cottage about five miles down the road where I hosted all my retreats. So going to 40,000 square feet, that's quite tremendous. Yeah, we use one main room, but the room is perfectly aligned to the compass and the entire property is full of pyramids and there is definitely ancient wisdom there, bald eagles. I've had people come and tell them all different things that are happening on the property and little by little, I have hosted events there.

And like I have to get permission, which is so funny. And I've had Lightworker events there and I just had a huge woman's event. Forty-five women came for my last retreat. So it's been a journey and I just did a session with a Lightworker a couple weeks ago and she laughed and she said, we're not going to show you everything that's going to happen there because you would not believe it and it would probably scare you to death.

So I'm grateful. Yeah. Yeah, so it's crazy. Mr. Brown, who used to own the property, shows up all the time. He greets me at the door every time I get there and he wants to know who I have with me and what we're going to be doing. And it's funny because we'll have just the coffee machine on, like nothing else is plugged in and we throw the power out so often there. It's like crazy what happens there. But um.

Alara Sage (28:47.31)
I didn't realize you were already hosting events. That's amazing.

JJ DiGeronimo (29:14.141)
There's just like, it's just absolutely magical and I believe that it was for sale for a long time on purpose and I just don't doubt anything that happens now. Like I had a farmers event there a few months ago back in August and I invited all the local farmers so I could do farm to table food and I reached out to the culinary programs at the local colleges to join me and the woman that I called at one of the culinary schools that was about 40 miles away, she runs the culinary program

She used to be Mr. Brown's personal chef.

Alara Sage (29:52.886)
beautiful synchronicities. Yes.

JJ DiGeronimo (29:53.033)
Things like that happen. And there's a metaphysical store that popped up a mile down the road that I had been there 10 years in that town and never even knew it existed. And I went to do a QHHT session with a woman named Sarah Steele. And she said, well go to the metaphysical store, go see Nancy. And I'm like, what are you talking about? She's like, there's a metaphysical store. And I'm like, what are you talking about? And I visit medical physical stores often. So I would notice this. Never noticed it until the house came into my peripheral.

Alara Sage (30:24.37)
I always love synchronicities. It always feels very magical, synchronicities, and the way that the universe aligns things for us. It's so delicious. And so what were you doing before you started working with women and on this life's work? What were you doing before?

JJ DiGeronimo (30:45.001)
I'm a computer engineer and I used to work in data centers and I worked for high tech companies out of Silicon Valley for almost two decades.

Alara Sage (30:55.15)
And so do you see a thread that kind of weaves those experiences into what you do now?

JJ DiGeronimo (31:04.505)
Oh, definitely. I mean, I had my feet to the fire like every day. I was constantly solving problems and organizing staffing and timelines and project management and budgets. And I feel like I needed all of that for what is ahead.

Alara Sage (31:18.926)
Hmm. Yeah, again, because I think it's really important to highlight to the audience that it doesn't matter where you begin, right? Because again, I was a scuba diving instructor or something totally different, you know? There's a lot of people who have been in corporate and who've been in these different jobs, these different things. And then to think about shifting to some sort of life's work, life's path can seem very like, well.

that's so abstract compared to what I've been doing, right? And what my skill set is. And I think it's really important to remind them that there are these threads, right, that weave together those skill sets into our life's work and into our purpose. Like you said, that it's all part of our life's path here on Earth.

JJ DiGeronimo (32:07.897)
Yeah, it's crazy. When I was in Mount Shasta, maybe in the end of 20 or the beginning of 21, and I was there and as I was leaving in my rental car, because I was driving down to San Francisco to catch a red-eye, as I was leaving, I was looking at the mountain, I heard a message, bring the mystics together. And I was like, what? Bring the mystics together? I was like, you have the wrong car. Like...

Clearly you have the wrong car. I don't know what you're talking about. No mystics are gonna hang out with me I mean, what are you talking about? Fast forward I now have a community of lightworkers and mystics and I completely shifted my career strategies for women podcast that I've been working on to Together we seek which is all lightworkers and healers and it now it's happening so much faster So my women's group took three years to launch my retreats took two years to launch

Bringing the mystics together took one year to launch. So I feel like when things come to me now, they're manifesting so much faster. So lean into your whispers. Yeah, lean into what is calling you now because it's really just the tip of the iceberg of what is ahead.

Alara Sage (33:10.038)
Yeah, I love.

Alara Sage (33:18.894)
I think that's such an important point to make. I love how you said, like, no, you've got the wrong car, right? Because how could that possibly be me? But there is no denying that those whispers are absolutely for us. And did you feel any level of resonance when that whisper came in? Was there kind of like a knowing that, yes, that is for me, and at the same time, no, you've got the wrong car?

JJ DiGeronimo (33:41.761)
I mean honestly initially I was like laughing. I had called a friend of mine, I'm like, oh get this one. Yeah, right, aha. But I mean it manifested within six months. I mean I thought I was creating my community for women in business that wanted to experience energy practices, but that is not what happened at all.

Alara Sage (34:03.39)
Yes, yes, yes. I feel like this is kind of the core of what the conversation is really about, because it's so important for all of us to listen to those whispers, right? But to also really keep an open mind to what is possible and what we're really here to create and how all of those skill sets and how everything can come together in ways that we couldn't imagine, in ways that are far beyond our mind's understanding.

Absolutely far beyond, you know logic

JJ DiGeronimo (34:38.121)
Yes. Yes, if you would have told me that I would have a Lightworkers Community and I'm launching a Global Wellness Center in Lake Erie like 20 years ago, I would have thought you were crazy. But being in it now, I'm like, okay, this is what's happening. It's absolutely bonkers.

Alara Sage (34:58.154)
Yay. Yeah, I feel like this is very inspirational and inspiring for women who maybe sense something and don't know, or even have had those whispers and are like, yeah, right, ha, or have those self-doubts. And this is hopefully inspiring those listeners to just start. Just take those steps. Even if their tiniest little of actions, or even the big actions, they all lead us down that road, down that path.

JJ DiGeronimo (35:27.705)
And that's really the purpose of my third book, Seeking. It's really how did I take those whispers into action? And it helps women understand what they need to sidestep to get into action. And so many women that have read the book already have left jobs after 24 years, have started that yoga practice, have gone on that trip. And I think for many of us, we're kind of waiting to be like, is now the time? Is this what I'm supposed to be doing? My husband said this, my mother said that. I don't have the money, like really?

there is a way and I believe this book is really helping so many find their own path.

Alara Sage (36:05.266)
Yes, excellent. And you know, it is, we are no longer in a time where logic is at the forefront. We are in a magical era. You know, we are in the feminine era, which is the unknown, you know, which is the mystical and the mythical. And so the invitation to really follow those whispers and follow the things that we feel or hear that aren't logical, you know, it takes courage. It absolutely takes courage.

But the reward is fulfillment, right? The reward is true fulfillment. It's that feeling on the inside that you are accomplishing something that not only serves you, but serves a lot of other people and is really here to nourish or to expand or to empower others.

JJ DiGeronimo (37:00.357)
That is the truth and I think some of us can't even believe that could be us or how could that be us from the point that we're sitting right now, but things happen fast when you lean into what is calling you.

Alara Sage (37:14.19)
Beautiful. Yes, yes, yes. So how can people find you? And obviously the book, the book is on Amazon. Is that correct?

JJ DiGeronimo (37:22.957)
Yes, it's on Amazon and Audible and you can find it all over the world.

Alara Sage (37:27.542)
Okay, and its primary title is Seeking, is that correct?

JJ DiGeronimo (37:31.181)
It is seeking, but you're going to want to put 74 after it, otherwise you're going to end up on a dating site.

Alara Sage (37:38.422)
Yeah, we don't want that. That's... Okay, so Seeking 74 and they will find the book.

JJ DiGeronimo (37:43.074)
Yeah.

JJ DiGeronimo (37:46.337)
Yeah, seeking and it's 74 key findings to raise your energy, sidestep your self doubt and align with your life's work.

Alara Sage (37:54.798)
Wonderful. And how else can people find you?

JJ DiGeronimo (37:58.857)
Well obviously we have all the links below, but I'm on most platforms with under the name JJ DeGeronimo.

Alara Sage (38:05.538)
Wonderful. Yay. I think I've been calling you Gigi all the entire conversation, haven't I?

JJ DiGeronimo (38:14.453)
I don't even know. I've been in such a zone with you, just like really just feeling into what we're talking about, I don't even think I noticed.

Alara Sage (38:23.422)
I hope I haven't and if I have we are now anchoring in the JJ. I don't know. I'm not sure either. I feel like I may have.

JJ DiGeronimo (38:32.873)
It doesn't even matter. You can call me whatever. As long as you lean into your whispers, I don't care.

Alara Sage (38:40.234)
Okay, wonderful. Okay, everybody, so it's time for the activation. So I always say to the listeners that, you know, if you are driving your car, you don't want to close your eyes. Or if you're doing other activities, maybe you don't want to close your eyes, but you can still receive the activation regardless of what you're doing. And if you have time, you can absolutely come back to this moment.

and close your eyes and take it in a little bit deeper. And also remember that there's nothing that you have to feel during this process. Whatever you feel, whatever you experience is perfectly perfect and unique to you. Okay? So let's close our eyes for those who can. And let's just take some nice, deep breaths into our bodies.

remembering that as you're inhaling, you are drawing breath, drawing energy, drawing aliveness into your body. And as you exhale, you are letting go, releasing. So taking a couple of nice deep breaths with the intention of drawing in and releasing the intention of receiving of expanding

Letting go.

Beautiful. And now let's drop our awareness to our hearts because our hearts are where our life's work rests. Our hearts are where our hearts desires rest. So drop your awareness to your heart and now imagine that you're breathing directly into your heart chakra. So take a couple of breaths there directly in.

Alara Sage (40:33.394)
into your heart receiving into your heart. exhaling you're letting go exhaling you're releasing anything out of your heart that no longer aligns to your being. Exhale inhaling drawing in exhaling letting go excellent. And now we're going to drop our awareness down to our wounds.

Because our wombs are the creation space, my love. Your womb is this magical vessel, this portal between the non-living and the living, the ethereal and the physical. So I invite you right now to place your hands over your womb. And now as you inhale, you're drawing energy into her. Exhaling, you're letting go, letting go of any energy.

out of the womb, out of the sacral chakra, out of the pelvis that no longer serves you. Inhaling, expanding down into your pelvis. As you inhale, your belly goes out, your pelvis goes out. There's expansion there. Exhaling, you're letting go. Yes, beautiful. Keep breathing down to that womb as we are activating here now, activating the power.

this very beautiful container of pure potentiality. Your womb, the container of pure potentiality, breathing down into that, breathing into that, noticing, intending right here, right now, to activate her, to activate her as we honor her, to activate her as we breathe into her.

to activate her as we feel her. Yes, excellent, excellent. And again, exhaling, you're letting go. Exhaling, you're letting go. There's so much energy for women that we carry in our pelvis. We carry in our emotional body. We carry in our sacral chakra. We carry in our wombs. We carry in our pussies. We need to let that go. So inhale down into that space. And then exhale.

Alara Sage (42:49.986)
Set the intention. Let it out through your breath. Let it out. Release. Let go. Inhaling, receiving. Exhaling, letting go. Beautiful. Yes, yes, yes. We're increasing. Increasing the vibration of the energy you're receiving with each inhalation. And increasing your capacity to let.

go through the exhalation now. Couple more breaths with this increased capacity. Yes, excellent, excellent. And now my loves, we're going to combine, we're going to combine the heart and the womb, these two desire to work together. So holding your left hand over your womb, now placing your right hand over your heart.

Okay, and here we're just going to pause and just breathe here, feeling both of your hands, feeling your womb, feeling your heart. And again, breathing in energy, vibration into these spaces, exhaling, letting go, exhaling, letting go. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.

And now we're going to shift the breathing where you're inhaling from your womb to your heart exhaling from your heart down to your womb inhaling from your womb to your heart exhaling from your wool your heart down to your womb creating a circle Circle breath do it at your own pace breathing comfortably, but completely

from your womb to your heart and from exhaling your heart to your womb breathing there as we are aligning right here right now aligning the vibration of the womb and the heart allowing the womb to create your heart's desires allowing the womb to align and magnetize opportunities experiences

Alara Sage (45:04.494)
for your heart's desires that serve your heart's desires as these come into coherence. Now breathing continuing to breathe in that circle. Focus if your mind wanders to simply bring it back, bring it back to the breath. Inhaling up from the womb to the heart exhaling from the wool the heart down to the womb. I'm going to start to bring in some sound as we're going to increase the coherence.

between your heart's desires and your power to create. Increasing the coherence between your heart, your soul, and your womanhood, your magic, your pure potentiality. Breathing, breathing, breathing. Beautiful. So just focus on the breath. The sound will do its work on its own. Just breathe my love.

Alara Sage (46:08.214)
Meow.

Alara Sage
